Black Locust Honey
Harvested in early May, when local Black Locust trees bloom for 1-2 weeks. Very dependent on weather conditions, limited supply.
A very dark and highly nutritious honey, made when the bees collect nectar from tiny buckwheat flowers. Due to the small size of the flowers, this honey is difficult for the bees to make, limited supply.
